1. Only online booking through this website is available. Full pre-payment of room tariff for all bookings is compulsory.
2. Pickup / Drop facilities and sightseeing tours can be arranged but must be booked with affiliate transport agency in advance. Details (if required) will be available after room booking confirmation.
3. Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner is served only at our dining hall. Evening snacks can be served in room on request. Our food menu package is fixed. All payment for food on arrival.
4. Additional facilities like Bonfire, Barbecue, Treks, Fireplace are arranged by onsite Manager. For availing these facilities all payments are taken on arrival. Please speak with the manager after room booking confirmation.
5. All rooms are smoking rooms. Drinking is allowed (only inside room).
6. Please check our REFUND POLICIES for room cancellation. For room cancellation please email to booking@takdahvilla.com mentioning your Booking ID.

o 75% refund - Cancellation request received 15 days prior to arrival date, will be refunded at 75% on the total billed amount.
o 50% refund - Cancellation received 7-14 days prior to arrival date, will be refunded at 50% on the total billed amount.
o 25% refund - Cancellation received 4-7 days prior to arrival date, will be refunded at 25% on the total billed amount.
o No refund - Cancellation received 72 hours prior to arrival date, NO REFUND will be allowed.
o On arrival Cancellation - During the stay or on arrival, if part cancellations are requested, NO REFUND will be allowed.
